For coding, version control and debugging, we're using MAMP locally, Eclipse (SVN, CVS, XDebug, and Drupal plugins), CSS Edit. We still use photoshop pretty regularly and illustrator sometimes. We have abandoned Dreamweaver entirely for code editing and either use Eclipse or textWrangler instead.
